Our research efforts are focused on three topics:
ABC proteins-mediated Collateral Sensitivity of cancer cells and Malaria parasites,
Resistance mechanisms of human malaria (Plasmodium falciparum), and
Mapping ABC transporters Interaction pathways and regulation of functions.
To achieve these objectives, we utilize various biochemical, molecular biology, CRISPR knockout, click chemistry and peptide chemistry techniques.
